We were appointed in 2020 to master plan a new urban extension to Weymouth for Lovell and ABRI. Part of a larger site which will include employment space and a new community school, our commission seeks to establish a new neighbourhood for the town with strong links with existing adjacent communities. Ultimately, 500 households will live here, most in houses on traditional streets with their own private gardens. A primary aim of the master plan will be to sit comfortably within the natural landscape bowl, with significant green space providing space for play and biodiversity.
