Our second scheme with Dandara this brownfield site was home to Drayton Dairy but has been vacant for a number of years. The scheme is medium density and mainly comprises two storey houses with a single three storey apartment building overlooking the site entrance.

Having designed the reserved matters submission for the landowner we were pleased to be retained by Dandara to help them implement the scheme, incorporating some of their house types. The approved scheme includes a mix of family houses, a small apartment building, and a comprehensive public realm design including two garden squares.
