We were appointed by Lothbury Investment Management to assist them with the redevelopment of the Dolphin Retail and Industrial Park on Southampton Road in Salisbury. Our involvement included preparing an outline application and reserved matters, as well as the technical delivery of the building on site. The project is for new A1 bulky goods (non-food) outlets and the site is midway between Churchill Gardens and Petersfinger Park-and-Ride. The site fronts on to the A36 trunk road linking Salisbury with Southampton along what is often referred to as the gateway to Salisbury city centre. (more…)
